Last updated: September 2026

QYDOS respects your privacy. This Privacy Notice explains what information is collected through Qydos.io, why it is collected, and how it is handled.

1. About Us

QYDOS is an independently operated technology venture focused on building digital products around real problems worth solving.

For privacy-related questions, requests, or concerns, contact:

contact@qydos.io

2. Information we collect

When you submit a problem through Qydos.io, we collect:

  • the problem, frustration, task, or other text you choose to submit;
  • your email address;
  • limited technical information necessary to operate, secure, and protect the submission service.

Please do not include sensitive personal information in the free-text field, such as passwords, financial account details, government identification numbers, health information, or personal information about other people.

3. Why we collect it

We use the information you submit to:

  • review and understand problems and unmet needs;
  • identify recurring themes and potential product opportunities;
  • contact you if we develop something meaningfully related to the problem you submitted;
  • operate, secure, and prevent abuse of the submission service.

Submitting information is voluntary.

Your email address is not automatically added to a marketing or newsletter list. General marketing communications will only be sent if you separately opt in to them in the future.

4. Service providers

Qydos.io uses third-party service providers to operate the website and store submissions, including:

  • Supabase for database hosting and storage;
  • Vercel for website hosting and delivery.

These providers may process information in jurisdictions outside your country, including the United States, in accordance with their own data-processing and security arrangements.

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Data retention

We retain submissions only for as long as reasonably necessary to evaluate potential product opportunities and, where relevant, contact you about the problem you submitted.

Submissions are intended to be reviewed for deletion after 24 months, unless there is a legitimate reason to retain them longer or you request deletion earlier.

6. Your choices and rights

Depending on the law applicable to you, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection to certain processing.

You may also ask us to delete a submission you previously provided.

To make a request, contact:

contact@qydos.io

We may request reasonable information to verify the request.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure.

However, no internet-based service or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

8. Cookies and tracking

Qydos.io currently does not use advertising cookies, marketing trackers, or behavioral profiling tools.

If this changes, this Privacy Notice and any required consent mechanisms will be updated accordingly.
